WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you’ve confirmed that you’d like to proceed, we will then send over the invoice which will have the payment details on it.
Payment can be done either by card or by BACS transfer. Once the monies have been transferred we can then establish a date of delivery.
In general, our lead times are approximately a few days but this can vary depending on the season.
On the date of delivery your trays will come stacked on wooden pallets and they’ll be offloaded from the lorry using a tail lift.
The trays will need to be unstacked and installed on the day of delivery to ensure survival.
